The Circle of Souls is an interactive experiential hour guided by Krista Jarrard. Drawing on a combined 30 years of experience and vision of working with clients worldwide you will reconnect to wisdom and strength to create a new “field” of support and resilience to draw on for the days to come. Through a brief lecture, deep guided meditation followed by a Solution Circle, hearts and minds open, awareness moves beyond current limitations.
Opening New Horizons through Revealing a Deeper Order
* You will develop new skills of support:
Ground - Come into the body and out of the head- Connect to the earth and feel the support of facts that have been supporting life through the ages.
Resource - Connect to ancestors support building embodied awareness. Connect to all levels of known and unknown support.
*You will be introduced to key components to move you forward to the solutions you seek:
Respond Verses React- Your ability to Respond is your Responsibility. When you are in Reaction you are
not a full choice and in a trauma field.
What is yours and what is Not- Become aware that some feelings are yours and some feelings are your embodied family inheritance.
Discover the role of trauma that is rampant in our current day issues. This is crucial in understanding the present cultural climate.
*You will begin to experience and understand:
Bearing witness- Including everything that is present to be with what is.
Compassionate action through Inclusion. In this time of transition inclusion is the only way through and out of duality.
* You will also have a window into the wisdom of the ASTROLOGY OF THIS TIME.
For full support we need the big picture and view of astrology. Trance, Trauma, or Transformation.
What is going on and were are you in its unfolding.
Krista will draw from her lifetime experience as a third generation astrologer as you learn to dance with and engage the energies in a positive way for support. Each week will include a brief overview of the astrological archetypal energies for transformation.
