This day of giving thanks I am grateful for your commitment to peace through healing inherited family and historical trauma. Today I am more grateful than ever for Systemic Constellation Work which brings light and healing to the darkest moments of our shadowed past.
The events of the past month have brought up deep fears, distress, and trauma.
I support you in doing whatever it takes to nurture and be good to yourself.
Come into your body. Sometimes it takes pain to bring us into the present.
Stay open - Explore the present with courage.
As we find our center we find our passion.
Then we may turn our passion into action.
Action begins with ourselves.
This is where healing begins, in our heart of hearts. Stay with it.
The pain holds the solution, and love is at the source of it all.
To see the pain of unhealed wounds and division is big work, but it is our work.
I am grateful to the courageous among you that bear witness to ALL that is present and included at this extraordinary time.
Through participating in our own healing, we are healing our family, community and world.
When we gather in gratitude, may we remember what is essential, whole and sacred.
Grace and beauty has not gone away, it may be hiding but it is still here, grounding us and showing us how to keep moving forward.
For myself, I am committed to staying centered, awake, and aware.
I am committed to the service of love - and healing the pain of the past that is alive in the present, one person, one family, one community at a time.
